New York, N.Y. — [March 3, 2026] — Tarter Krinsky & Drogin announced today that Keith Frank has joined the firm as a partner in its Labor & Employment practice, further expanding the firm’s capabilities in high-stakes employment litigation and workplace counseling for public and private sector clients.

Mr. Frank represents employers, municipal entities, executives, and management teams before federal, state, and local courts. His practice spans employment and labor litigation, discrimination and wage-and-hour claims, restrictive covenant disputes, and related commercial litigation, as well as proactive counseling designed to help clients mitigate litigation risk. Mr. Frank is known for helping clients implement proactive compliance and risk-management strategies aimed at avoiding costly and disruptive disputes before they arise.

Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Mr. Frank was a partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana, where he served as first-chair litigation counsel in employment and labor matters. He regularly represented employers in single-plaintiff and class action discrimination and wage-and-hour cases and advised clients on the enforceability of restrictive covenants in employment and independent contractor agreements involving senior executives and key personnel.

Mr. Frank earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1989 and his Bachelor of Arts from Long Island University in 1986. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Mr. Frank will be based in the firm’s Garden City, New York office.
