NEW YORK – April 4, 2023 – Tarter Krinsky & Drogin strategically expands its West Coast presence with the addition of Tyler R. Dowdall, who joins as a partner in the Litigation and Real Estate Practices in California. 

The Firm first established its West Coast presence in 2021, servicing clients in corporate transactions and strengthening its geographical reach. An accomplished commercial litigator, Dowdall develops creative strategies to solve his clients’ needs, enabling him to create long-lasting relationships with them. His experience in business and corporate litigation, as well as real estate, further enhances the Firm’s support for its West Coast clients.

Dowdall focuses his practice on commercial, banking, and business litigation, regularly litigating contract disputes, business tort disputes, and similar matters. He represents clients in both state and federal courts, and he often serves as outside general counsel to clients across a wide range of industries. Dowdall does traditional commercial real estate work on behalf of clients, including advising on acquisitions, sales, and financings, raising capital, back-end leasing, and commercial lease disputes. Recently, he has counseled clients on innovative transactions within the hemp market.
