We serve as outside general counsel for U.S. subsidiaries of international companies, and we represent domestic companies interested in doing business offshore.
Labor & Employment
Our Labor and Employment Practice counsels management in their relationships with unionized labor, including on:

Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property team protects and enforces intellectual assets and rights. We are well-versed in navigating Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations pertaining to the marketing and advertising of goods. We represent clients in asserting their rights against potential infringers and defending their activities against charges of alleged infringement.
Product Liability & Mass Torts
We have a decades-long track record of successfully resolving complex, multi-jurisdictional product liability and mass tort claims and disputes for both domestic and international clients. With our years of experience in the product liability and mass tort fields, we have developed a network of preeminent medical, technical, and engineering experts who assist us in defending our clients. Real Estate
Our Real Estate Practice is equally broad and experienced in advising manufacturing clients. We handle leasing transactions for some of the most prominent real estate owners in New York City and oversee leasing for major companies throughout the nation. We guide clients on an array of real estate transactions including office leasing, industrial site and warehouse transactions, and manufacturing operations. We assist clients in all aspects of development, including assemblage, acquisition, financing, construction, partnership and joint venture arrangements, and the negotiation of agreements with architects, construction managers, and contractors. We draft and review offering memoranda and structure transactions to achieve the most favorable tax treatment available.
