Melissa H. Bassin is a Partner in the Tarter Krinsky & Drogin Real Estate practice group. Melissa represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial leasing transactions. Her work includes the representation of financial institutions and other organizations in a wide range of matters affecting their real estate portfolios.

Melissa also advises clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. Her work spans diverse asset classes including office, retail, multi-family, and warehouse.
