Michael Benzaki is an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice.

Michael represents clients in federal and state courts in connection with   disputes involving intellectual property rights and specifically patents, trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition. He is actively involved in all stages of disputes, including pre-suit counseling, trials, appeals, settlement, and post-issuance proceedings.
