Michael Medved is an Associate in the Firm’s Bankruptcy Practice. He represents debtors, committees of creditors and equity holders, and lenders in chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings. Michael also represents lenders in asserting their rights outside of the bankruptcy context.
Michael experience includes representing indenture trustees in cross-border insolvencies, creditors’ committees in industries spanning from pharmaceuticals to infrastructure, debtors in many shapes and forms that have filed for relief under chapter 11, and lenders in both commercial and residential foreclosures.
