Morghan Richardson is a partner and co-chair of the Firm’s Matrimonial & Family Law Practice. As a litigator, consultant, and mediator, Morghan utilizes a holistic approach to zealously advocate for her clients’ needs in their most challenging times.

Morghan represents high-net worth individuals, celebrities, and award-winning innovators and their families in all aspects of domestic and family law with compassion and confidentiality. Relying on past commercial litigation experience, Morghan counsels clients through complex divorce, mediations, custody matters, and other family disputes. She regularly handles cases involving alimony, collaborative divorce, LGBT family law litigation, orders of protection, parental coordination, access and visitation, pre-nuptials and post-nuptial agreements, and separation agreements.

For over a decade, Morghan has served as an Executive Board member on the Women in Law Section of the New York Bar Association. As a leader in the legal community, peers rely on Morghan’s unique insights on issues including marital property division and issues, including asset discovery and protection. She frequently presents CLEs on matrimonial and family law such as negotiating custody, child support, and father's rights. Additionally, Morghan is a professor at Pace Law School, where she teaches courses about modern family law issues.
