On April 24, 2009, Tarter Krinsky & Drogin's client APlus International, Ltd. (“APlus”) acquired control of Sparking Events, Inc. a Bulletin Board company (Symbol: SPEV.OB).  APlus is comprised of Xodtec Technology Co., Ltd., and its affiliated Taiwan-based companies, which design, manufacture, market and sell light emitting diode (LED) and other energy saving lighting.  Partner Peter Campitiello represented APlus in the transaction.
