Gabriel Levinson was promoted to Partner. As a business advisor to his clients, Gabriel focuses on commercial, real estate and corporate litigation, as well as internal investigations for companies in a variety of business sectors. Gabriel represents, among others: U.S. and International companies; commercial and residential real estate owners, operators, and developers; asset management firms; nightlife and restaurant owners, operators, and developers; financial and real estate investors; design professionals; entrepreneurs; artists; and high net-worth individuals.

Heather R. Ohlberg represents international and domestic clients in development, acquisition, management, financing, restructuring and leasing of commercial, restaurant, retail and residential projects. Her clients include real estate developers, financial institutions, borrowers, private investors, retailers and restaurateurs. She structures, drafts and negotiates complex agreements for the development of projects and assists international and national businesses in all aspects of opening restaurants and retail stores in New York City.
Gina M. Piazza counsels domestic and international companies in general corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate matters, negotiation of employment agreements, corporate governance and internet law matters. She represents individual clients, as well as large multinational companies, and entrepreneurs in a variety of sectors, including fashion, jewelry, luxury goods, furniture, architecture and design, e-commerce and the restaurant industry.
Tara Toevs Carolan counsels employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment and labor laws. She represents employers, business owners, and residential building owners in the defense of employment and housing-related discrimination claims before federal and New York State courts, as well as federal, New York State and New York City administrative agencies. Tara also represents business owners in connection with wage and hour claims before federal courts, and the U.S. and New York State Departments of Labor.
