Press Release

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business as one of the “Best Places to Work in New York City” in 2013. This is the second time in the past three years that the firm has received this recognition.
Crain’s selected the top 75 companies by a number of criteria, including employee benefits, professional advancement opportunities, employee training and development programs, and having a collegial workplace. They chose the winners based on reviews of surveys completed by employers as well as extensive confidential surveys completed by employees.
"We are delighted to be recognized again this year by Crain's as one of New York City's Best Places to Work," said Alan M. Tarter, TKD’s Managing Partner. "Our top priorities are to provide exceptional service to clients and an exceptional professional atmosphere for our employees”.
In 2013, the firm has continued to experience steady growth, embarking on its second large-scale lease expansion in four years. Established in 2001 with four attorneys, the firm has grown to over 50 attorneys and 15 diverse practice areas.
The Crain's article, in which the winners were announced, called out TKD's entrepreneurial culture noting that “from a secretary organizing a recruiting program to a partner focusing on a new area of law, everyone can get the green light to move forward on their good ideas, regardless of their rank.”
