Tarter Krinsky & Drogin represented Triangle Equities in the acquisition of Triangle Plaza Hub, a $40 million two-building development in the South Bronx.
The project, which is expected to begin construction sometime this month, will bring a branch of the city’s Metropolitan College of New York, a Fine Fare supermarket, and restaurants to two sides by East 149th Street. The development will also help to revive the busy commercial area which once was a major shopping destination.
Eric Zipkowitz handled all aspects of the acquisition from the city, including an Easement Agreement with the MTA.
