Managing partner Alan Tarter was quoted in a Law 360 article, "What Young Lawyers Are Getting Wrong.” The article explores the different blunders many young attorneys make early on in their careers that can negatively impact their future ambitions, including improper career development and failure to effectively communicate.

Alan told the publication that a big mistake for new attorneys is not asking enough questions. The pressure to always seem knowledgeable, causes new attorneys to be too afraid to ask others with the knowledge, which is a mistake. Alan highlights that being a lawyer means having the opportunity to "learn new things every single day."

Alan said, "The attorneys that embrace that challenge — they're not always going to know the answers and they need to research and learn — they're going to build a magnificent foundation for their practice."
