NEW YORK, July 30, 2026 — Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, a leading national mid-size law firm with 30 practice groups and offices across five states, marks its 25^th anniversary in the summer of 2026.

Founded in Midtown Manhattan in July 2001 by Alan Tarter, Laurent Drogin, and Andrew Krinsky, the firm entered a legal market that was undergoing rapid consolidation. The founders had a distinct vision to deliver sophisticated, full-service legal counsel to clients ranging from emerging companies to established institutions through a relationship-driven culture.

Initially the firm practices were grounded in core strengths including Corporate, Securities, M&A, Real Estate, Litigation, and Labor and Employment. Over time, new practice areas were added to include Bankruptcy, Construction, International, Tax, Immigration, Intellectual Property, Cybersecurity & Privacy, Matrimonial, Landlord & Tenant, Art Law, White Collar Defense & Regulatory Enforcement, and Healthcare. Today its services span over 30 practice areas.

The past quarter-century has seen continuous commitment in the firm’s people, innovation, and client services, fueling growth that has resulted in 150 attorneys across offices in New York, New Jersey, California, Florida and Texas, while also serving a robust international client roster that spans Italian, German, French, Canadian, Turkish, Chinese and Indian and Benelux practice areas.

The firm's newest initiative for 2026 is the creation of its Office of AI and Innovation, reflecting a continuation of the firm’s forward-looking approach.
