Tarter Krinsky & Drogin proudly announces that it is recognized among Crain’s 2024 Best Places to Work in New York City. This is the seventh time the 125-lawyer, full-service law firm has made the list. The firm is ranked #15 overall on this year’s list, up from #36 last year, and is the third-highest ranked law firm.

The firm, which has locations in Manhattan, Long Island, Princeton, and Los Angeles, has increased its headcount by 19.5% so far this year after an increase of 29% in 2023.

According to Crain’s, the publication works with Workforce Research Group, an independent research organization, to conduct the research and compile the final list of workplaces. The rankings are based on a combination of employee surveys and audits of benefits, policies, and perks.
