Tarter Krinsky & Drogin recently negotiated a new garage lease on behalf of a 335-unit co-op in Midtown East.  Despite the rapidly declining market, our client will receive a rent increase of approximately 20% for the 334-space garage.  The new lease also provides significant leasehold improvements, shareholder-friendly service enhancements and a large security deposit.
