Press Release

After a two-day trial, Judge Ira Gammerman of the New York State Supreme Court found that Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s clients were not liable to their former landlord for more than one year’s rent after they vacated their premises.
Judge Gammerman ruled that our clients had complied with a contested lease rider permitting early termination of the lease. He found that their testimony was credible in all respects and that the landlord’s assertion that the lease rider had been forged was not credible.
Partner Andrew N. Krinsky and Counsel Edward Farrell from the Litigation Practice handled this matter.
