The July 19 edition of The New York Law Journalfeatured an article on Charles M. Miller’s arrival to Tarter Krinsky & Drogin and the creation of the firm’s Securities and Financial Services Litigation Group, which Charles will lead. The article noted that Charles practiced law for 11 years at Kasowitz Benson Torres before joining TKD, and he "represents clients in disputes related to debt and equity securities, derivatives, financial contracts and structured financial transactions. His clients include mid-market institutions and companies, small and overseas banks, institutional investors and investment managers.”
The article also highlights some of Charles' past clients, including the Federal Housing Finance Agency in securities litigation against Morgan Stanley. He has also represented Ashland Chemical, Iconix Brand Group Inc., Baker Hughes Oil Field Services, Henry Schein Inc. and American Eagle Outfitters.
