Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP has signed a 13-year lease renewal and expansion that will provide space for the firm to meet its strategic objectives and grow from 33 to 60 attorneys within the next five years.

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, which has occupied 16,500 square feet on the 11th floor of 1350 Broadway since August 2007, will add 10,300 square feet on the 12th floor in three phases, beginning in September 2009 and continuing through 2011. The firm also has additional expansion options to add another 6,000-plus square feet over the next five years.
