Rachel J. Hong is counsel in the Firm’s Construction Practice. She represents property owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, educational institutions, and public benefit corporations on a broad range of construction matters. She draws upon her commercial litigation and construction experiences to guide clients through ongoing projects, analyzing and drafting contracts to mitigate risks, and addressing issues that may arise, including delays, liens, termination, nonpayment issues, and disputes with neighbors.

When litigation becomes necessary for her clients, Rachel is a tenacious advocate in all phases of litigation. She advocates on behalf of clients in court on matters including breach of contract, fraud, professional liability, property damage, and construction defects.
