Renata Guidry is counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Practice. Renata focuses on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including complex contractual disputes, real estate and title disputes, complex construction litigation, employment litigation, bankruptcy disputes, and intellectual property litigation.

Renata represents individuals and institutions in business tort and contractual disputes before state and federal courts. She handles all stages of litigation, including initial investigation and pleading, discovery and motion practice. Renata also advises clients on out-of-court proceedings, including arbitration, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
