Sharinna Luna is the Director of Accounting and Operations at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, where she provides strategic leadership over the Firm's accounting, billing, payroll, collections, accounts payable, financial reporting, and operational functions. She partners closely with Firm leadership to develop and execute both short- and long-term financial and operational strategies that support the Firm's continued growth.

Sharinna oversees the Firm's core financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, budgeting, tax reporting, financial statement preparation, profitability and realization analysis, and timekeeper performance reporting. She also leads the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of the Firm's financial systems and technology, driving process automation and operational efficiencies across the organization.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, Sharinna is responsible for designing scalable workflows, strengthening internal controls, and implementing best practices that improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. She works collaboratively with attorneys and department leaders to provide financial analysis, operational insight, and data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
