Theresa Neuhauser is the firm’s Operations Manager. She manages all of the firm’s day-to-day operations related to our Office Services and Facilities departments, with responsibilities including construction and renovations, records management, annual budgeting and staff management.

Theresa overseas the firm’s operational programs such as the paper-“less” office, lateral onboarding, concierge and facilities management, and vendor management.

Theresa coordinates with other firm departments including information technology, human resources, accounting and marketing to ensure cohesive execution of firm events, employee onboardings, relocations, and cost management. Theresa also manages our signature annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Viewing party, where we celebrate the day with 300 of our friends, families and clients.

In addition, Theresa serves on Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s office safety task force and works closely with building management and firm vendors to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
