Tuvia Rotberg is a partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice. A registered patent attorney, Tuvia advises clients in protecting and maximizing their intellectual property assets. He concentrates on both patent and trademark prosecution.
With a master’s degree in biotechnology and a background in life sciences, Tuvia leverages his technical background to obtain complex patents in a diverse range of technologies including diagnostics, therapies, scientific, and medical devices. He also represents clients in the personal care and consumer products industries. Tuvia advises clients on trademark clearance and filing and prosecuting trademark applications. As an experienced litigator, he represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Tuvia has a particular focus representing third-party sellers on Amazon on intellectual property issues that arise on the Amazon platform. He advises clients on how to navigate Amazon’s intellectual property procedures and represents clients in Amazon’s Patent Neutral Evaluations.
