Aafke Pronk is Counsel in the firm’s International Practice and Benelux Practice. She focuses on transatlantic and domestic corporate and commercial matters, advising clients on M&A, commercial contracts, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and other international transactions.

With over 15 years of experience working with diverse cross-jurisdictional teams, Aafke is a results-driven, team-oriented problem solver who maintains client dedication with resilience.

Before joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Aafke worked as a Counsel at Hogan Lovells in New York City and in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
