Tarter Krinsky & Drogin is thrilled to announce that our Director of Administration, Tanya Duprey, has been recognized in Crain's Notable Hispanic Leaders and Executives list. This prestigious honor recognizes those in senior leadership positions that have made significant contributions to their organizations. 

Since the founding of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Tanya has played an instrumental role in the Firm's success, working across disciplines with employees and clients alike to foster a thriving legal practice. From administrative to management responsibilities, Tanya's remarkable career path is a testament to the positive environment she helped create. Her drive for professional development and learning inspired the creation of our signature GOAL Program.

Today, as Director of Administration, Tanya draws upon her depth of knowledge to collaborate with the Firm leadership and management team on many of our most important goals and initiatives. Over the past year, she has spearheaded the Firm's disaster recovery and business continuity programs, addressing issues such as disaster preparedness, cyber security, and remote work policies and processes. Additionally, Tanya is invested in assisting the Diversity and Inclusion committee with their initiatives. As a leader in the Firm, Tanya mentors many of our colleagues and has positively impacted their careers and professional journeys.

Within the legal industry, Tanya is a thought leader who speaks on a range of topics, including RFPs and cyber liability insurance, and authored and co-authored articles such as, "Creating the "Big" Small Firm," and "Lateral Partner Recruiting: Practical Advice for Strategic Growth" for the Mid-Market Report. Tanya served as the 2017-2018 President of the New York City Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, a non-profit organization that provides education for law firms of all sizes across the country. As President, she oversaw the overhaul of the chapter's member management portal, organizational structure, website, and newsletter. In her community, Tanya currently serves as a member of her daughter's elementary School Leadership Team, focusing on helping the school and families develop "smart IEPs" and launched a program called, Remote Students Connect, designed to help the families of students learning remotely connect after school.
