Arthur Zagorsky is Chair of the Leasing Practice and a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Arthur has a deep knowledge of the commercial real estate market to advise on complex commercial real estate leasing and transactions.

With a particular focus on commercial leasing, Arthur represents commercial landlords and tenants in office, retail, and restaurant leasing, as well as industrial and warehouse leasing. Arthur counsels enterprise tenants in executing their national leasing programs. Additionally, Arthur represents professionals, entrepreneurs, and middle-market firms in individual leases, subleases, and license agreements.

With their business goals in mind, Arthur guides clients through all aspects of a real estate transaction. In addition to advising on commercial leasing, Arthur has vast experience handling both large and small transactions ranging from sales and purchases of office, and mixed-use buildings to landlord and tenant representation in office, retail, restaurant, ground leases.
