Beverly Nachimson is a paralegal in the Firm's Litigation Practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in assisting attorneys in all aspects of litigation from drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses to helping lawyers prepare for depositions and trials. In particular, Beverly has broad experience in the defense of asbestos bodily injury cases and is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the defense of hundreds of asbestos cases filed as a part of the New York City Asbestos Litigation (NYCAL), as well as in all the other judicial districts across New York State.
