Brian J. Beller is a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice. Brian guides clients on a wide range of real estate matters involving the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial properties, with a focus on office, retail, and restaurant leasing transactions in New York City and nationally.

Developers, owners, investors, and tenants rely on Brian for his business acumen, as well as his creative and strategic approach to achieve their goals. Leveraging his almost 20 years of experience, Brian counsels his clients through all aspects of a real estate transaction while ensuring their business goals and relationships remain paramount. In addition to advising on real estate matters, Brian also acts as outside general counsel to several clients regarding their ongoing business needs.
