Caitlin Delaney is chair of the Canada Practice and counsel in the French and International Practices.  She concentrates on business and corporate law, representing French-speaking startups, SMEs, and global brands on a wide range of matters. While many of Caitlin’s clients are based in Canada, France, and other francophone countries, she has a particular familiarity with Quebec-based companies seeking to establish or expand their footprint in the United States.

Combining her bilingual fluency with her bicultural sensibility, Caitlin provides valued perspective on cross-border transactions to international clients from sectors including manufacturing, medical devices, technology, fashion and luxury, e-commerce, hospitality, and public relations.

Caitlin often serves as outside general counsel to her clients, collaborating with and guiding them through the formation and governance of their businesses, strategizing on M&A transactions, and advising on employment matters, commercial contracts, and trademark prosecution and protection.
