GOAL Program

Through our signature Go Out and Learn/Lead (GOAL) Program, we foster the professional development of every member of TKD. With lifelong learning or professional objectives, our attorneys and staff have the chance to pursue new opportunities through our program. The Firm supports their plan by providing marketing and human resources support, as well as covering expenses for courses, certifications, registrations, etc.

Past goals have included public speaking and time management training, an improv class to enhance public speaking skills, business development coaching, and language lessons, among others – anything for the betterment of people and how we approach our clients’ work.

Business Development Training Program

As part of the Firm’s commitment to continuous learning and hands-on professional development, we offer a comprehensive business development training program for our attorneys. The program is designed to help lawyers at all levels develop the skills, confidence, and strategic mindset needed to grow their practices, strengthen their professional profiles, and build lasting client relationships.

Recognizing that business development is not one-size-fits-all, the program is tailored to each attorney’s individual strengths, preferences, and career stage. In keeping with our collaborative culture, attorneys participate in cohort-based groups that foster shared learning, peer support, and the exchange of ideas, enhancing both individual growth and collective success.
