Cathi Baglin is counsel in the Firm’s Litigation and Product Liability & Mass Torts Practices. With over 40 years of federal and state court commercial litigation and dispute resolution experience, she advocates for clients in both in and out-of-court disputes.

Cathi represents clients in consolidated, coordinated, and multi-district litigation. She has particular experience defending mass tort cases and product liability cases, including:

Cathi has handled construction, contract, employment, partnership, and professional malpractice disputes. She has advised on product regulatory and cross-border product liability issues for both domestic and international clients.

Cathi has tried and arbitrated cases in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and has been an active participant on national, regional, and local defense coordinating committees as well as the national trial teams of Fortune 500 companies. She has been a frequent lecturer at bar associations and continuing legal education programs.
