Press Release

Tarter, Krinsky & Drogin represented Prestige Plumbing & Heating, Inc., a plumbing and heating subcontractor, in a case against B&B Construction, Inc., a general contractor, related to certain renovation activities at a residential property in New York City. In the case, Prestige asserts that B&B owes an unpaid balance of approximately $491,000. TKD obtained partial summary judgment that B&B breached its contract with Prestige, and that B&B and its principal diverted trust funds. TKD also obtained the court’s permission to amend Prestige’s complaint to add certain parties in connection with foreclosing its mechanics lien.
