Amy B. Goldsmith Named a 2026 Notable Woman in Law by Crain’s New York Business

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin is proud to share that Amy B. Goldsmith, Chair of the Firm’s Cybersecurity, Data Management & Privacy Practice, has been named a 2026 Notable Woman in law by Crain’s New York Business.

Amy is recognized for her leadership in data protection, cyber breach response, brand strategy, and innovation. She advises leading companies on developing strategic IP, privacy, and data management frameworks that mitigate risk, strengthen security, and support the launch of recognizable brands and high-value products. Since 2022, under Amy’s leadership, the practice she leads at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin has achieved 206% revenue growth.

Over the past five years, Amy has secured significant results, including successfully resolving a case involving the appearance of a construction product. She advised a software technology company on master service agreements that clarified customer relationships, accelerated growth, and positioned the company for a potential acquisition.

In addition to her client work, Amy has provided pro bono counsel to nonprofit organizations and mentored colleagues through advancement within the firm.

A 2025 New York Top Women Super Lawyer, Ms. Goldsmith is also a longtime leader in professional and civic organizations. She has served for two decades on the board of Savvy Ladies, is a director of the New York Women’s Bar Association with multiple committee leadership roles and is a 2022 Vistage Top New Speaker and member of Vistage and USA500.
