David J. Zinberg is a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice. Leveraging his 40 years of experience in real estate, David has represented a wide variety of institutional, private, and non-profit clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

A hallmark of his practice, David provides dedicated and sophisticated service to his clients, which has allowed him to create long-lasting client relationships. On behalf of his clients, David handles real estate acquisition, development, financing, leasing, restructuring, conversion, and disposition. He counsels clients on commercial real estate transactions involving all property types, including office, retail, residential, and special-use properties.

From 1997 to 2000, David served as a Vice President of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, a subsidiary of J. P. Morgan, involved with real estate transactions and strategic management of J.P. Morgan properties worldwide. David harnesses this experience when handling complex real estate matters for his clients.

David has been an active member of the legal community, serving as a member, co-chair, or chair of several committees in the New York City and State Bar Associations. He has also been a speaker and panelist on various continuing education programs hosted by the bar associations.
