As reported in New York State Division of Human Rights Releases Drafts of Long-Awaited Sexual Harassment Training Requirements, Policy and Complaint Form and The Other Shoe Drops: New York City Commission on Human Rights Publishes FAQs on Sexual Harassment Training, employers must provide sexual harassment training to all of their employees.
