The New York Law Journal has highlighted the promotion of three counsels to partner and the promotion of five associates to counsel.

The article notes, “Debra Bernstein in the Litigation Group, Tara Toevs Carolan in the Labor and Employment Group and Christopher Tumulty in the Cooperative and Condominium Group have been elevated to partner. Jonathan Hershberg in the Labor and Employment Group, Jonathan Temchin in the Litigation Group, Caryn Block in the Real Estate Group and Cathleen Cassidy and Sean Scuderi in the Construction Group have been elevated to counsel.”
