Liz Yasny is the Chief of Staff at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin. She is an active member of the firm’s management team.

Liz serves as a trusted advisor to the Managing Partner and works closely with senior management.  She executes strategic leadership priorities by translating firm objectives into practical action items and facilitating effective project execution.  Liz also plays a key role in organizational communications for Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, helping to promote transparency and reinforcing alignment across practices, ensuring that team actions are in harmony with the firm’s objectives.

Liz leads the firm's lateral partner recruiting efforts, collaborating closely with leadership to develop recruitment plans that advance the firm's strategic growth. She manages the end-to-end recruitment process up to the integration stage, as part of the firm’s mission to ensure a seamless transition for new partners. Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s approach emphasizes matching candidates’ core professional characteristics with the firm’s cultural landscape, focusing on attorneys whose diverse perspectives enrich the firm, foster cross-practice collaboration, and elevate client service.

With a strong background in project management and in collaboration with fellow senior leadership members, Liz oversees various initiatives that connect practice groups and expand service offerings. Her responsibilities include planning business development and relationship-building events and supporting select attorney educational programs across practice groups. She also represents the firm in her role with Lawyers Associated Worldwide, helping maintain and expand professional relationships on a global scale.

Liz has accumulated extensive experience and deep expertise in the legal industry. Over her career, she has implemented key process improvement initiatives, including new policies and procedures that have improved efficiency at several law firms. Her commitment to excellence and team collaboration makes her a valued member of our firm.
