In a Crain’s New York Business op-ed, Alan Tarter, the Managing Partner of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, and Liz Yasny, Special Projects Manager and Team Liaison for the firm, make the case for hybrid work models with structured “anchor days” as a way to build vibrant company culture, employee and client satisfaction, as well as contribute to #commercial #realestate in New York City.

As Alan and Liz explain, anchor days are days when all employees are in the office, while remote work remains an option for other set days. The approach provides flexibility and bolsters in-person engagement to help drive retention rates, as well as contributes to a predictable flow of foot traffic through dense urban districts like New York.
