Florian Dylewski is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Practice. He represents both domestic and international clients of all sizes in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and cross-border matters involving the United States and Europe.

His experience includes assisting clients with issues arising from acquiring, starting, or conducting business in the U.S., including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business formations, and contract drafting and negotiation.

Before joining the Firm, Florian began his legal career in Paris, France, where he practiced business litigation and mergers and acquisitions, and later gained experience in private equity working for private equity firms and asset managers. He started his U.S. legal career at a boutique firm specializing in cross-border transactions.

When he’s not practicing law, Florian enjoys exploring new destinations, traveling off the beaten path, and discovering new cultures. He has recently started taking guitar lessons and is eager to master a few favorite songs. A fan of the performing arts, he often attends Broadway shows and local theater performances. During the winter months, Florian enjoys skiing and spending time outdoors with family and friends. He values experiences that combine creativity, culture, and connection.
