The deadline for training, which had been January 1, 2019, has been moved back to October 9, 2019.
The state has also issued the final Training Requirements along with the final Model Sexual Harassment Policy and Model Complaint Form (copies of which can be found here). The due date for the policy implementation remains October 9, 2018, and employers are reminded that all new hires must receive a copy of the policy upon hiring.
