On March 26, Labor and Employment partner and Employment Practice Liability Insurance chair Rich Steer will present “Implementing the New Legislative Changes & Trends” at the New York Staffing Association’s Long Island Law Day.
The session will explore laws and legal issues that impact New York staffing firms. Rich will discuss reasonable accommodations, diverging views on arbitration agreements, and implementing sexual harassment and non-discrimination policies and practices.
