Tarter Krinsky & Drogin represented a leading technology provider for the fashion industry in a 10-year lease for approximately 20,000 square feet in a historic building on West 39th Street in Manhattan. The 100-year-old building, which houses several well-known luxury fashion brands, is now the U.S. headquarters for TKD’s client, a subsidiary of a French company.
