Jeff Cronin is a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice. His experience includes representing clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including sales and purchases, financings, development and joint ventures, as well as representing owners and developers in establishing condominiums and planned communities.
Jeff also handles commercial leasing matters, representing landlords and tenants in drafting, review and negotiation of commercial leases for office, restaurant, retail, industrial and warehouse properties.
Earlier in his career, Jeff served as in-house corporate counsel for a national residential mortgage company, where he handled day-to-day and other corporate legal matters, as well as real estate-related transactions and disputes. Jeff uses a practical and flexible approach in addressing legal needs and challenges, to help his clients efficiently achieve their goals and advance their business interests.

Leasing
- A landlord in the lease of 40,000 square feet of office space to a national retailer for its new corporate headquarters
- A landlord in a lease of 50,000 square feet of built-to-suit warehouse space
- A landlord in a lease of 15,000 square feet of space for a built-to-suit grocery store
Purchases and Sales
- A buyer of a $14 million office building for conversion to a school facility
- A seller in a $72 million sale of a commercial condominium in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania
- A seller in a $55 million stock sale of companies operating early learning centers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- A seller in a $12 million sale of a marina in New Jersey
- A seller in an asset sale for an industrial metals company in Wilmington, Delaware
Financing
- A borrower in two financing transactions totaling $68 million for the construction of senior living facilities
- A Pennsylvania charter school in a $51 million municipal bond issuance for campus renovations and improvements and securing an $84.4 million commitment from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to refinance the municipal bonds
Developer-Related
- A developer in the purchase of land in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, agreements for the development and construction of a medical office building, apartment building and parking garage on such land, and subsequent lease of the medical office building to a regional multi-hospital health system
- A developer in joint venture agreements for financing, development, and construction of approximately 540 apartment units in central Pennsylvania
