Jonilda drafts petitions, schedules, fee and retention applications, and various other bankruptcy forms and pleadings. In addition to cite checking and blue-booking briefs, she conducts legal and financial research. Jonilda also coordinates electronic filing of documents for the Bankruptcy Practice.

Jonilda is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She partners with clients to proactively assess risk, prevent fraud, and advise on investigations.
