Juan Olivo is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice, where he provides thoughtful, practical guidance for clients.
As a litigator, Juan actively assists in all stages of litigation, from initial case analysis and strategy through trial and appeals. Additionally, he handles preparation for alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation.
Juan’s versatility allows him to represent clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, covering securities and financial services litigation, labor and employment disputes, commercial real estate, and general commercial disputes.
Juan also supports in conducting internal investigations and compliance reviews to represent clients in connection with inquiries from government agencies.
Beyond litigation, Juan assists in handling corporate and transactional matters, such as drafting consulting, operating, and placement agreements and providing general counseling to companies.
