Lisette Clark is the Chief Human Resources and People Officer and a member of the senior management team.

Her responsibilities include overseeing the firm's Human Resources department as well as benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding and off-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment and retention and compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Lisette spent more than a decade in human resources in the legal industry. She has experience in all areas of human resources, including employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, HRIS, culture and compliance, as well diversity and recruitment initiatives.

She is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM), the SHRM Director's Forum and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
