Tarter Krinsky & Drogin continues its strategic growth with the launch of its Matrimonial & Family Law Practice as Morghan Leia Richardson and Frank L. Perrone, Jr. join the Firm as partners and co-chairs of the group.

“We are thrilled to launch this new practice under the proven leadership of Morghan and Frank. In addition to their combined record of success and experience, this new practice will expand the level of service and capabilities we can provide our clients across the board,” said Managing Partner Alan M. Tarter. “Our firm’s values are built on growth and innovation, and we’re excited about how this new opportunity will elevate our firm to the next stage in our evolution.”

The Matrimonial & Family Law Practice will focus on all aspects of matrimonial and family law, guiding clients through the planning and negotiation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements as well as various divorce actions and post-judgment enforcement proceedings. The new practice will expand the Firm’s offerings, allowing our attorneys to collaborate on corporate, real estate, tax, and trusts and estates matters to provide our clients with a holistic approach to meeting their needs.

“Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s entrepreneurial and professional culture will be the perfect platform to expand my practice and better serve my clients,” Richardson said. “It’s an opportunity to not only further develop my business, but to provide my clients with a high level of service and success.”

“I look forward to continuing my legal career at a firm that will position me to create innovative solutions that meet my clients’ needs,” Perrone said. “The ability to provide my clients with the high-quality and wide scope of services we can offer them at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin is going to be invaluable.”

Richardson focuses her practice on the areas of divorce and family law.
