Matthew S. De La Torre is counsel in the Firm's Construction Practice. He draws upon his commercial litigation experience to effectively work with all parties to achieve optimal results on his clients’ behalf.

Matthew represents clients in all stages of construction litigation, including drafting pleadings, arguing motions and appeals, conducting depositions, and preparing for mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Matthew advises both owners and developers on their contractual rights and analyzes contract provisions to ensure that contractors properly and timely meet their contractual obligations. He regularly advises clients on and litigates the merits of project agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, license agreements, and subcontractor agreements.
