Michael Oliver is an Associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice.
He represents clients in federal and state courts in connection with disputes involving intellectual property rights and specifically patents, trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition. Michael is actively involved in all stages of disputes, including pre-suit counseling, trials, appeals, settlement, and post-issuance proceedings.
Additionally, Michael assists companies with patent and trademark prosecution and proceedings in front of the USPTO in a wide variety of industries including mechanical products, computer technology, and consumer products.
Michael’s experience includes successfully obtaining patents and trademarks for numerous clients and securing positive results in Federal Court and in front of the USPTO.
