Mollie Weiss is counsel in the Firm’s Landlord & Tenant Practice.
Mollie assists developers, real estate companies, property owners, tenants, and co-op and condo clients in all aspects of commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation. She drafts notices from the beginning of a dispute through trials and appeals. She helps guide clients on a variety of matters, including lease violations, summary holdover and nonpayment proceedings, declaratory judgments, breach of contract, guaranty enforcement actions, contract enforcement, and plenary actions for rent arrears.
She is actively involved in complex litigation matters before the New York Housing Court, Civil Court, Supreme Court, and Bankruptcy Court.
Previously, Mollie served as a legal intern for the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
